As a manufacturer of custom-produced plating and industrial lines, we have focused on individual planning and manufacturing tailored to customer and process specifications since the company was founded. Our work is shaped by our experience and extensive, detailed knowledge gained from decades of building systems for a wide variety of industries. Founded in 1992, we have always worked towards qualitative growth - both among our employees and in our production capacities.
After gradually expanding production, and following an extensive planning process, we built a new company facility at our headquarters in the Franconian town of Allersberg in the spring of 2016. We combined manufacturing areas previously housed in different buildings into one production facility almost 5,000 m2 in size. This allows us to optimize internal processes and shorten coordination channels. Today, our team is made up of around 70 qualified and ambitious specialists, supporting and serving our customers around the world.
The broad scope of our production expertise gives us the best possible flexibility – from planning department drafts to on-site installation, we offer system technology from a single source. We continuously review and optimize project plans – starting from an overall concept. This allows our construction department to create solutions even before problems occur.
Of course, we accept full responsibility for the project, including peripheral equipment, from planning to commissioning. We handle system assembly worldwide, and use only our own expert personnel. This guarantees we can complete the job quickly and professionally.
Quality is the guiding principle in our manufacturing. We employ expert personnel with the right specialty knowledge for each specific task. Ongoing training for these expert personnel is a fixed part of our corporate philosophy, and allows us to permanently sustain our high quality standards. In addition, we complete regular and extensive quality controls in all areas of production reas before delivery and assembly. We are a TÜV certified company under WHG 19 I, and we maintain a quality management system pursuant to DIN EN ISO 9001.
With extensive after-sales service, including support during commissioning and maintenance work, we serve our customers on site worldwide. We always reserve some capacity for rush orders. This gives us the advantage of being able to provide our customers with urgently needed accessories and replacement parts with a very short turnaround time.
We’ve made a good name for ourselves as designers and manufacturers of specialized plating lines. Expert knowledge, reliability, a focus on customers, and the consistent high commitment shown by our employees are the factors that have helped us get to where we are today. We don’t plan to change anything about this formula. At the same time, building our new production location allows us to optimize processes, expanding our capacities for project volumes, shortening lead times, and opening up new markets. We want to utilize these opportunities.
